Mike is a welcomed addition to our Project Management staff! In 2015 he joined our field staff specializing in architecture and residential Millwork installation. Mike is a graduate of Chicago’s De La Salle Institute and has been a Union Carpenter for 15 years.

Evan Hogan

Account Executive

Evan leads the efforts at Siteline to enhance current client relationships while working to build relationships with new clients. He brings to Siteline a wide variety of knowledge from many years as a carpenter along with numerous years of experience in estimating and project management, ensuring our customers are provided with memorable experiences.

Tom Frangella

President

Tom started his career as a field carpenter, earning his Journeyman’s card following a 4-year apprenticeship. He learned his craft working in a cabinet shop, and then for an office furniture installer and then some time as a project manager for a custom residential builder. After seeing how other companies operated, Tom had a vision that things could be done better – that the needs of the customer could be the premier driving force for a successful company. He knew that a company could be created that could ensure the successful completion of the project for the benefit of the customer. In 2003, Tom, together with his wife Amanda, started Contract Office Installations, the predecessor to today’s Siteline. Initially focusing on office furniture installations, the roots of the today’s company ethos were forming. Evolving into millwork installation and the re-branding as Siteline Interior Carpentry by 2006, Tom led the company with the core value of “Never sacrifice quality for cost” being embedded in every aspect of the business. Today, under Tom’s leadership and continuing vision, Siteline has expanded throughout the country, with a large volume of our work coming from repetitive business with some of the most recognized contractors in the Nation. No matter how widespread the work of Siteline becomes, Tom’s original vision, focusing on the needs of the customer first, remains as the starting point with each project.

Erick Carrillo

Project Manager

Sarah Wendorf

Director, South and West Markets

Sarah has an architectural degree, and spent the first half of her career working on the design side of the industry. She transitioned to the construction management side, building luxury retail spaces for a large national GC. Since coming to Siteline, her focus has been on developing the Texas market, and shepherding continued growth for Siteline’s booming West Coast division.

Steven Mike

Assistant Operations Manager

Steven Mike began working with Siteline in the summer of 2016 as a new graduate of DePaul University’s Computer & Digital Media School. He brings strong technological, communication and organizational skills to the company. Steven’s focus is to provide administrative support to employees in the field and aid the daily business operations of the Siteline.

Eric Van Beest

Project Manager

Eric brings over 20 years of Project Management experience to Siteline. He has managed construction and development projects throughout the Chicagoland area and in Dallas, Texas.

Samantha Sanders

Accounting Assistant- Accounts Receivable

Samantha was one of Siteline’s first employees and has worked in the Accounting Department for over 12 years. Bringing a background in customer service, she has positively engaged with Siteline’s clients through the years to help cement our strongest relationships. Currently, Samantha heads the Accounts Receivable side of the department.

Eric joined us in 2018 and is a decisive, hands-on leader with demonstrated success in several different industries.  He enjoys working across high performing cross-functional teams to build teamwork and improve efficiencies.

Estimator

Richard joined Siteline with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with the majority of this time spent engaged in estimating and project management of architectural woodwork projects in the US and aboard. Richard's education includes an Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees from Purdue University, majoring in Building Construction and Contracting.

Senior Director of Estimating

Pamela joined Siteline in 2018  with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.  Primarily working as an estimator/project manager in the Educational and Lab market.

Dan Restrepo

Support Staff

Danny joined Siteline in the middle of 2017. He is a driver and supports warehouse and field operations.

Nathan Gibson

Project Manager

Nathan joined the Siteline team in early 2018, he is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with a degree in Commercial Interior Design with a strong focus on architecture and furniture. He brings 10 years of furniture and millwork fabrication and installation experience, as well as shop and project management experience.

Natalie Parker

Estimator

Natalie graduated from Illinois State University in 2001. She worked as an Interior Designer for eight years, where her focus was model home merchandising. Natalie joined Siteline in 2012, and assisted in managing the timely functions of the payroll department, maintained employee wage records, and handles various other account payable tasks. Just recently, Natalie is wearing a new hat at Siteline and started training as an Estimator. Be sure to congratulate her on her new position!

Dan DeCicco

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Dan’s role in Siteline’s Sales and Marketing department comes with over 25 years of experience in carpentry subcontracting sales, proudly continuing relationships that have lasted throughout those years. Dan maintains his commitment to our customers by guaranteeing our quality service at every phase of the Siteline experience.

Cliff Puetz

Warehouse Manager

Cliff provides support for carpenters, estimators, and project managers to complete the many Siteline jobs. Cliff's experience and “get it done attitude” comes from serving 4 years in the U.S. Army and numerous jobs in the trades.

Mike Staszak

Assistant Account Manager

Mike is a graduate of the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He brings to Siteline a determined effort to continue the growth and recognition of the company as a part of the Estimating Team.

Michelle Tully

Vice President, Finance

As a member of the executive management team, Michelle is responsible for managing the company's finances, overseeing the accounting staff and functions, and maintaining Siteline’s relationship with lending institutions and external auditors. With over 20 years of experience, Michelle has a deep background in accounting and finance at all levels of management in a variety of industries.

Carlos Mckinney

Assistant Warehouse Manager

Carlos is the assistant warehouse manager, he started working with Siteline in 2017. He is the box truck driver and warehouse support staff. Carlos was previously working as a commercial driver at his own business washing trucks. In conjunction with working fulltime here at Siteline Carlos is also in the Army Reserves

Michelle Smith

Staff Accountant / Human Resources Manager

Michelle has over 24 years of experience working with sub-contractors in a variety of capacities, from customer service on the sales floor, to working in the shop as a journeyman carpenter, to bookkeeping and office management in the front office. Educated in accounting, she continuously utilizes her wide array of skills at Siteline.

Melanie Lesniewicz

Accounting Assistant

Melanie joined Siteline in 2018. She attended North Western College of Business. She brings years of accounting skills and experience to the team.

Maria Ramos

Project Coordinator

Maria joined Siteline in February of 2018 and has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years. Maria has experience in many different roles but is currently a Project Coordinator at Siteline.

Luke Hilbrich

Assistant Project Manager

Luke is a senior at Purdue University Northwest and will be receiving his degree in Construction Engineering and Management Technology upon graduation in December of 2017. Luke joined Siteline in-between semesters and has been sharpening his skills in estimating. Luke future career path is aimed at becoming a Project Manager with Siteline.

Lorenz Cisne

Project Manager

Lorenz joined Siteline in 2018 as a Project Manager, supporting our growth in the Texas Market.  Lorenz has a degree in construction management from University of Michigan Taubman College of Architecture. Prior to joining us, Lorenz was a general contractor, specializing in luxury residential and retail projects.

Ashley Smith

Accounting Assistant

Ashley joined the Siteline team in 2017. She recently graduated from Purdue with a degree in Marketing Management, with 5 years of sales and payroll processing experience. Ashley started at Siteline as an Estimating Coordinator, and is now a part of the Accounting Department assisting with payroll.  Please congratulate her on her new role!

Lew Berman

Estimator

Lew’s focus for Siteline and our customers is to estimate project costs for labor and material as accurately as possible. With an education in architectural engineering, and over 25 years of experience in the industry, his approach to estimation leads to the first steps for a dynamic and supportable project plan. Working closely with the client’s project manager, Lew ensures that Siteline’s introduction to a new job is the road to success for our clients.

Julio Acanda

Assistant Project Manager

Julio works with the team of Estimators at Siteline. His background includes practical construction experience as a workman in the fields of the trade such as a Landscaper, an Electrician, and as a Carpenter.

Andy Marhoul

Estimator

Andy has been in the building industry, chiefly focused on estimating, for 10+ years while also delivering point support and backup in project management. Previously, Andy was a carpenter for 5 years working on the same types of projects he bids today. He also provides technical support for the carpenters and office staff.

Andrew Manukas

Director of Siteline Procurement Division

Andrew coordinates and oversees the day-to-day activities of the Siteline Procurement (Estimating) division, focused on providing the proposals with a millwork fabrication component. His efforts include the scheduling and coordinating the efforts of the division, as well as the support from various vendors and subcontractors. Andrew brings over 30 years of industry experience, with 10+ years spent on the shop floor and in the field as a cabinetmaker.

Andrew Kuikman

Estimator

Andrew graduated from Joliet Junior College with a Degree in Construction Management, and has 4 years of warehouse experience. He recently joined Siteline in 2017 and has been utilizing his skills in estimating.

Joe Naff

Director of Siteline Labor Estimating Division

Joe has 15 years of experience in carpentry and millwork, having worked in the field for 4 years prior to starting as an estimator and project manager in the office. As the Director of Labor Estimating for Siteline, Joe oversees the estimating department focused on all proposals with an emphasis on providing the talents of our field craftsmen. He coordinates the bid schedules, and reviews estimates and proposals to be submitted to our customers.

Jim Doyle

Estimator

Jim prepares proposals for Siteline. He has over 27 years of experience working in the construction industry as a Senior Project Manager/Estimator, concentrating in High-End Residential, Retail and Commercial Carpentry at both the local level and internationally. His practical experience is reflected in his work, providing our clients with unmatched preparation for their projects.

Amanda Frangella

Executive Vice President

Together with Tom, Amanda started Siteline from the early days of Contract Office Installation, the company’s predecessor. Since those days, Amanda has performed nearly every function within the company, creating the foundation for the success of Siteline. Just as important, she has created the unique culture that Team Siteline enjoys today across the country. Her energy and passion is part of the life blood of the company.

Aaron Meyer

Estimator

Aaron brings with him to Siteline a back ground in trim carpentry and 4 years prior experience in project management in Millwork fabrication. At Siteline, Aaron is an estimator quoting furnish and install projects as well as labor only projects.

Jessica Kaniewski

Estimator

Jessica will soon graduate with a degree in Finance from Purdue University Northwest in May 2018. She previously worked as an administrative assistant in the excavation field and is excited to learn new skills working with Siteline in its Estimating Department.  Coming on Board in April 2018, please stop in and welcome Jessica!

Jennifer Otano

Project Management Coordinator

Jennifer has her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and has always had a passion for architecture and design. She brings value to the company with her background in construction and her strong organizational skills. She has experience as an assistant project manager/estimator and is currently working as one of our Project Management Coordinators.

Jay Anderson

Senior Director of Project Estimating

Jay’s main focus areas are education, laboratory and medical installations. He has been with Siteline for 10 years. Prior to his employment at Siteline, Jay worked as a carpenter, eventually managing multiple projects and crews as a business division. He has over 30 years of experience in the installation business.

Greg Mangieri

Director of Field Operations - Midwest

Greg studied engineering at Bradley University and brings over 20 years of carpentry experience to the team, covering everything from framing through finish millwork. He has been with the company for over 12 years, helping with everything from installing, estimating, and project management. Greg currently supervises all efforts in the field, from staff scheduling to supply and tool support. Most importantly, Greg assists the field personnel in completing our projects efficiently and effectively, making every effort to provide the best possible service for our customers.
